Located on Brigstock Road in Thornton Heath, a short distance from the centre of Thornton Heath, Croydon, and within walking distance of Thornton Heath bus and train station, Belleview Supported Living is a beautifully restored three-storey Victorian building offering a luxurious, modern setting. Catering to up to 15 adults aged 40–45 from Afro-Caribbean and White backgrounds with mental health challenges or social difficulties, it features 15 en-suite rooms with TVs, a communal lounge, games room, sauna, hairdressing facilities, and a serene garden with patio and parking. Belleview provides 24-hour staffed support for recovery and emotional well-being in a culturally sensitive, CQC-compliant environment.

Home Details

Belleview Residential Care Home is furnished in a comfortable, homely style, offering 15 large, spacious single bedrooms, all with full en-suite facilities and scenic views. Each room features modern furniture, good lighting, laminated flooring, central heating, constant hot water, a fridge, a color TV, and a payphone for internal and external calls. Residents have exclusive access to their rooms, with staff entry permitted only in emergencies, for health and safety reasons, or with permission. The home provides bed linen, towels, detergents, and cleaning equipment, with daily cleaning of communal areas, refuse collection, and maintenance of the garden and premises. Facilities include fully equipped kitchens, a lounge, games room, relaxation room with a hairdresser and supervised sauna, and laundry facilities. Rent includes gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, TV licence for communal areas, and insurance covering personal effects up to £1,500 per room. A 24-hour fire and smoke alarm system ensures safety.
